We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you’re not, this policy explains how to make a return, how refunds work, and what your warranty covers. It applies to purchases made through pharelabs.com that ship within the United States and the United Kingdom.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

30 Day Returns, no questions asked.

You can return any undamaged Phare C1, C1 Core, or C1 Pro ordered from pharelabs.com for a full refund by requesting a return within 30 days of delivery. If you ordered more than one product from us, you can return your order in part or in full. The 30 day window starts from the day your order is delivered as shown by the delivery confirmation provided by the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Returns are free.

Returns are free. We cover return shipping anywhere in the US and UK so there’s no cost to you. Your device doesn’t need to be unused or in its original packaging, though that’s always appreciated. Just make sure you pack it safely to ensure we receive the item in good condition.

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving the device. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Phare Protect is included.

If you return your Phare C1 within the 30-day return window, any associated Phare Protect charges for that device are refunded along with the device.

After the first 12 months, you can cancel your Phare Protect membership at any time. We’ll send you a reminder before your membership renews, and cancelling stops future renewal charges. When you cancel, your membership will continue through the end of its current term, after which it will end and you will lose access to features that rely on Phare Protect. Membership fees already paid for the current term are non-refundable.

Your order is also covered by our warranty.

Your Phare C1 is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty lasts for one year from the date of delivery, or for as long as your Phare Protect Pro membership remains active, whichever is longer. This means that if you keep an active Protect Pro membership, your device stays under warranty for the life of that membership.

If your device develops a fault covered by the warranty or arrives damaged, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. Email support@pharelabs.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll help you sort it out.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal cosmetic wear. It applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
